An Easter Doll {All About Easter}

Today's project makes me want to run to the store....and you better believe that I am.  SO happy to have Elizabeth and Elizabeth here today from Simple Simon and Company. Have you seen their blog?  You will love it. It is filled with tutorials, sewing, crafting, and projects for under $5! They also have a cute little etsy store filled with peg dolls. They are amazing. Check out their project, then run to their blog for a long look..thanks for being here Simple Simon and Company:

Welcome to Simple Simon and Co. We are Elizabeth & Elizabeth, two girls who married brothers and ended up with the exact same names. Confusing. Yes, we know. We both love to sew, we love vintage patterns and we love fabric. (And may even hoard a bit of it.) We also love $5 Fridays, where we see what we can make for 5 dollars...'cause we are also a bit cheap, and or thrifty.

Now on to the good stuff.

How would a little girl in your life like to find one of these cuties in her Easter basket?

Both Liz and I have talked about making dolls for our girls for a long time now, and we finally did it. Want to know the secret? The dolls were pre-made.....but shhh don't tell anyone and you'll look like a pro. All you do is embellish them.

Head over to our blog for the tutorials on how to paint them, as well as the tutorials and patterns for their outfits too.

And we promise that these little ladies are perfect for......

cuddling.

And even more perfect for tea parties.

Thanks for sharing with us.

I am grabbing my keys right now and heading to the store. They are amazing!  Thanks, Elizabeth and Elizabeth. Head over to their blog for the full tutorial!

 Don't forget to enter this week's giveaways. There are some really fun items up for grabs..come and check them out. (click on the image!)
